Business and IT

Year 10 pupils are given the opportunity to study Business Studies and Communication Systems and these ‘new’ courses for pupils are very popular. Business Studies is offered at KS4 for GCSE.

IT is taught as a discrete subject and is examined at GCSE / GNVQ / AS / A Levels at KS4 / 5. Computers are also used by pupils across all subjects in the school curriculum.

The faculty has enjoyed enormous success in local and national competitions, which it hopes will continue in the future.
