The faculty of Humanities is made up of several subjects. These include:

• History
• Geography
• Religious Studies

These subjects are taught throughout the school at all key stages. Two additional Humanities subjects are offered at Key Stage 4 and 5 these are:

• Geology
• Sociology

All Humanities departments are keen to organise trips to complement the work in the classroom. Religious Studies pupils visit a variety of places of local historical interest and our geographers undertake fieldwork investigations in a wide range of locations.
